In 1976, Mohamed Hassan Allam formed Hassan Allam
Sons Co, to continue, in Egyptand abroad, the contracting
activities of his father which started in 1936.
Over the years, it has continued with a planned expansion in size and range of activities and has earned a well deserved reputation for undertaking major construction projects which is
attributable to its outstanding construction performance,
management expertise and efficient resources.
In 1992 , as a result of a planned expansion in
size and working in a range of activities and
undertaking major construction projects, Hassan
Allam Sons changed its staOis to corporation by
forming limited Egyptian company Misr Sons
Development S.A.E

Resorts and Manufacturing of reinforced concrete
pipes etc..,
